World Vision (WV) Afghanistan is now inviting interested Vendors to submit a quotation considering the supply requirements defined in the relevant ITB. The Vendors who intend to participate in this Electronic-tendering (Provision-based system) process should submit a letter of Intent to the following email address no later than 04:00 PM November 19, 2023. For RFQ submission purposes, the methodology of submission, address, and deadline are as follows: Quotation shall be submitted to the system through the following instructions: Instruction to Vendors: The Vendors should submit their quotation only through the Provision system and no quotation would be accepted physically. Vendors missing contact information like “vendor name, Vendor president name, Email Address, and Phone number” in the letter of interest will not be considered for tender participation. Any submission of the letter of interest after the deadline will be rejected and Vendors will not be invited to tender.
