Description
Moraa Educational Complex (MEC) was established to address the gap in the availability of secondary and higher education for young Afghan women.
MEC is a female-focused project that has been funded by Dr. Azizullah Amir through private- investment and capital contributions made by him and his family. MEC was officially inaugurated by HE the First Lady of Afghanistan, Rula Ghani, together with the Ministers of Education and Higher Education, in May 2016.
